Care That Supports Every Stage of Womanhood
Your reproductive and sexual health needs change throughout your life. At Practical Wellness Clinic, we provide confidential, judgment-free care designed to help you protect your health, understand your options, and feel comfortable discussing even the most personal concerns.

Pap Smears & Cervical Cancer Screening
Routine cervical cancer screening can detect abnormal cervical cells before they develop into cancer. Depending on your age, medical history, and previous results, screening may include a Pap test, HPV testing, or both.
We can help you determine which screening is appropriate for you and how often it should be completed. If your results require additional evaluation, we will explain the findings and help coordinate the appropriate next steps.
You may be due for screening if:
- It has been several years since your last screening.
- You are unsure when your last Pap smear was performed.
- You have a history of HPV or an abnormal Pap result.
- You have experienced bleeding after sex or unusual vaginal bleeding.
- You are establishing care with a new women’s health provider.
Confidential STI Screening
Many sexually transmitted infections cause few or no symptoms. Screening is an important part of protecting your health, whether you are beginning a new relationship, have concerns about a possible exposure, or simply want reassurance.
Testing may be available for:
- Chlamydia
- Gonorrhea
- Trichomonas
- HIV
- Syphilis
- Hepatitis B and C
- Other infections based on symptoms and exposure
We provide respectful, confidential testing and guidance without judgment. Your provider will help determine which tests are appropriate based on your age, symptoms, sexual history, anatomy, and potential exposures.
You do not need to have symptoms to request STI screening. If something does not feel right, or you simply want peace of mind—we are here to help.
