Stephanie Young
MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC
Owner/ Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Stephanie is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with a Master of Science in Women’s Health. Bringing over 20 years of medical experience to the practice. Her specialty lies in the urologic, reproductive, metabolic, and hormonal needs of her clients, with additional training in cosmetic enhancement methods, including neurotoxins, micro-needling, PRP, laser technologies, and skincare regimens. Stephanie’s frustration with traditional medicine options has ultimately impacted her decision to open her own practice. It is her vision to help her clients take back control of their health by discovering and addressing the root cause of their ailments. Therefore, promoting optimal wellness and anti-aging results. Stephanie resides here in Bryant, AR, with her husband and their two children. In her spare time, you can find her coaching the Bryant High School Color Guard, supporting her son’s travel ball passions, or traveling to one of her favorite vacation spots!
Jennifer Dostert MSN, RN
Registered Nurse/Certified Laser Technician & Cosmetic Injector
Jennifer brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to Practical Wellness Clinic, with a background in Women’s and Children’s nursing and a Master’s degree in Nursing Education. Her experience as both a nurse and educator has shaped her passion for helping others feel confident, informed, and empowered in their health and wellness journey.
As our Nurse and Office Manager, Jennifer combines clinical expertise with a love for aesthetics and personalized patient care. She offers a variety of services including cosmetic injectables, microneedling, laser treatments, IV therapy, wellness injections, and customized skincare recommendations. She is passionate about creating natural, individualized results that help clients look refreshed and feel like the best version of themselves.
Outside of the clinic, Jennifer lives in Alexander with her husband, three children, and two dogs. A proud Bryant supporter, she also enjoys working with the Bryant High School Colorguard and being involved in her community.
For Jennifer, wellness and aesthetics go hand in hand—helping each client look good, feel good, and feel confident in their own skin.
SarahBeth Phillips MSN, RN
Registered Nurse/ Certified Laser Technician
SarahBeth brings over 10 years nursing experience to our practice; areas of focus include pediatrics, adult ICU and nursing education. She resides in Saline county with her husband, two children and pup, Pickles. In her free time, you can catch her watching College Football/basketball and spending time with her family. She enjoys all things Disney and is an avid musical performing arts fan.
Olivia Lawrence
Aesthetician/ Certified Laser Technician
Olivia has over 3 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. She loves educating her clients about their skin and helping them formulate a skin care regime so they can achieve their skincare goals. Olivia offers a full-service aesthetic bar featuring facials, lashes, micro-needling, laser treatments, waxing, and personalized skincare regimens. She resides in Benton, AR. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
Stephanie-Denise Hester, APRN, MSN, PNP-PC
Registered Nurse
Stephanie-Denise comes to us with a background in primary care pediatrics and women’s health nursing. She currently practices as an APRN at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Stephanie-Denise resides in Alexander, AR with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and traveling anywhere with a beach.
